Key Functions:

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President & CEO is the leader of the organization who works toward the mission and vision by leveraging the efforts of a diverse team of high-performing leaders, staff and volunteers. As the brand steward, the President & CEO is dedicated to shared and measurable goals, building trust, community presence, relationships, and mission strategy. Key responsibilities include community impact, resource development, goveranance and strategic management, organization management and community leadership.

Qualifications:

The President & CEO will have extensive experience in the management of organizations of comparable size and mission. S/he will possess sufficient expertise on issues relevant to the organization to make well-informed decisions and command the confidence and respect of stakeholders necessary to sere as the leader of the organization.
